I just came across this article regarding the creation of urban agriculture incentive zones in California.

The basic concept is re-evaluate the value of a piece of land when used for food production as an urban ag incentive zone which reduces the property taxes for the landowner and gives the grower a 5-year minimum lease.
Could be a really interesting concept for Louisville…
